Note that the federal funding programme can be filtered out separately since it funds studios across all of Germany and would otherwise dominate the map.

The table below reflects the currently selected filters above. "Ø per Funding" is the average grant size and gives a rough sense of how generous a region's typical funding is — though keep in mind that a single large production grant can skew this number significantly. Click on a state name to open its full profile.
